Step 1

We begin with listening to you in order to understand your desires and needs. Only then can we create an actionable plan that is physically and financially achievable based on your home's current design, property parameters and budget.

Step 2

Once a master plan, initial design and related budget are in place, we present them to you for approval.

Step 3

With the design plan approved and contract signed, we provide a variety of finish material options to choose from - with JR Custom's discounts included.

Step 4

Next, we choose a start date that is mutually agreeable for both parties.

Step 5

While we're working through ordering all finish materials, our lead architect formalizes the conceptual drawings and submits them to the city for approval.

Step 6

Once the permits are approved, we develop a schedule and the project begins.

Step 7

Throughout the entire process, one or more project managers ensure ongoing reviews of all construction details and next steps.

Step 8

During certain construction stages, you'll participate in milestone reviews where you'll be updated on the progress.

Step 9

Upon completion of major construction, you participate in a preliminary walk through. At this time, we'll develop the final punch list together.

The home is prepared for your arrival and you're ready to move in. Welcome home!
